Pages that can't be boosted

• Chrome's own pages — settings, the New Tab page and the Chrome Web Store. Chrome doesn't let extensions capture them.
• Desktop apps — the Spotify or Zoom apps aren't browser tabs. Use their web versions instead.
• Some protected streams — if Chrome won't allow a tab to be captured, SoundBooster tells you rather than failing silently.

If a tab is already being captured by another extension, stop that one first.
